Hot, Cold, Rest Repeat
- The experience includes cycles of heating and cooling, with periods of rest and hydrotherapy at your own pace. We can suggest cycles if you're new to sauna.
Up to eight people during public sauna hours. If you would like a private session for your group please contact us.
Cooling options include splashing, cold shower, ocean dip, or simply sitting in the cool outdoor air or the resting room
- robe
- swimsuit
- slip-on shoes or sandals, and water shoes if planning to go in the ocean for a dip
- fluid for keeping hydrated
- at least two towels, one large for sitting on in the sauna and one for drying off

You are strongly advised to consult with your healthcare provider before booking the sauna if you suffer from specific health conditions such as heart/circulation problems, high or low blood pressure, cancer, diabetes or respiratory problems.
If you suffer from a cold, flu or other infection or contagious disease, or have an active skin disease, we ask that you do not visit our facilities.
The sauna is not recommended during pregnancy.
The stove that heats the sauna, and the rocks surrounding the stove, are very hot, so please adhere to the safety protocols posted in the sauna to avoid getting burnt.
Move carefully and slowly inside the sauna, heat can affect your sense of balance, and surfaces may be wet due to steam, with the risk of slipping and falling.
