Our sauna is based on a traditional Finnish design.

HydroTherapy

Alternating hot and cold, called thermal cycling, can enhance the sauna experience. During your sauna, take breaks with cold splashes, shower or perhaps a dip in the ocean.

What can I expect from my sauna experience?

  • The experience includes cycles of heating and cooling, with periods of rest and hydrotherapy in between 10-15 minute sessions in the sauna.
  • Forested and indoor rest area, cold water barrels for refreshing between rounds

How many people are in each session?

  • Up to eight people during public sauna hours
  • Up to ten people for private group bookings

What should I bring?

  • robe
  • swimsuit
  • slip-on shoes or sandals, and water shoes if planning to go in the ocean for a dip
  • fluid for keeping hydrated
  • at least two towels, one large for sitting on in the sauna and one for drying off

Is sauna safe for everyone?

If you are pregnant, have heart disease or other serious health conditions please check with your doctor before using the sauna. We all have different levels of heat tolerance, listen to your body and do not stay in longer than 15 minutes at a time
