Finnish Sauna

Our sauna is based on a traditional Finnish design.

  • Log construction
  • Specialty Finnish wood stove with 400 kg of rock for best heat
  • Community gathering space for relaxation, health, and socializing

HydroTherapy

Alternating hot and cold, called thermal cycling, can enhance the sauna experience. During your sauna, take breaks with cold splashes, shower or perhaps a dip in the ocean.

Herbs

  • Whisking with bundles of aromatic tree branches is a traditional part of sauna. The whisking increases circulation and rejuvenates the skin. Other herbs are used in various ways to enhance the sauna experience.
