Coastal wellness retreats

Be replenished by nature

Get the rest you've been craving

We invite you to be nourished by nature in a weekend of rest, play, and plant centred wellness workshops. Our coastal retreat centre has clear, sheltered ocean for swimming and kayaking, and 100 acres of forests to explore.

Immerse yourself in nature, meet like-minded people,
and learn to use healing plants.

Nourish

Free time in nature is replenishing in a way that city life never can be. Replace the din of the city with napping under a tree, walking in the woods, and dipping in the ocean.

Connect

Meet other wellness-minded people, and make new friends. The relaxed schedule of our retreats offers lots of time to socialize.

Take Care of You

Hosted by Savayda, a clinical herbalist, and guest facilitators, each retreat has a variety of workshops and activities to help you take the best care of yourself. Many workshops are about healing herbs.

Imagine getting the deep rest you deserve.

Dedicate this time to yourself to refresh and fortify your body and soul.
